The Saiyans are the most powerful race in the universe.If they battle someone and lose
they get back up and are determined to win.Have you ever heard Vegeta say this to Zarbon"Once you defeat a Saiyan you make
them stronger."That's true!The Saiyans are pure evil but some are good.
Oozaru
At the full moon a Saiyan with a tail becomes Oozaru(Big monkey).It increases that Saiyan's
power x10!If that Saiyan is evil they can control it.If he/she is not evil they cannot ever control it.
